Analyst David Kirkpatrick: Facebook Will Not Be Typical Public Company

Facebook is preparing for its initial public offering later this month. Analysts say CEO Mark Zuckerberg will not operate the company the way Wall Street would typically expect.

According to David Kirkpatrick, author of 'The Facebook Effect,' shareholders won't have any power, because Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg will hold most of the voting shares in the company (55%).

Facebook hopes to raise about $5 billion dollars.
